Eyebrows McGee has written some sound and common sense advice for District 150. It’s advice they’ve heard many times before from many different people. That’s okay. They need to keep hearing it — relentlessly — until they start actually following it.
All in favor, say “aye.”
aye!
For lack of a better place to put this…

This reminds me of the substitute teacher down in Florida who made a match stick disappear and was accused of practicing “Wizardry” in the classroom.
God forbid, we wouldn’t be allowed to visualize!!!
PEORIA: Pastor objects to District 150’s use of Pacific Institute
PEORIA — A Peoria pastor is objecting to School District 150’s use of the Pacific Institute as a means to improve leadership and attitude in the district.
Institute founder Lou Tice will speak at the Peoria Civic Center Thursday to District 150 staff and teachers as well as about 600 others.
But the Rev. Harvey Burnett, pastor of New Bethel Church of God in Christ and a parent of two District 150 pupils, said today that the Pacific Institute’s “21 Keys” program promotes New Age philosophies and practices, some of which, he said, border on the occult.
Burnett said that, among other things, he objects to the program’s apparent use of visualization techniques as well as its alleged teaching that truth is determined by each individual.
District 150 officials, he said, are “taking a great step and putting a lot of resources on the line for it, and I do not look down on that.”
But, he said, “I do want them to look at (the program) more critically.”
“For as he thinketh (motivation) in his heart, so is he…” Proverbs 23:7
The more you can visual a goal, the more realistic it becomes to achieve that goal. I feel that our Heavenly Father would be appreciative of any of his children employing all of their senses to be successful.
