For 2010, I thought I’d change to a new WordPress theme. This one is called “Atahualpa” and I think it’s more readable than the old theme. Plus, it has a rotating header image, so each time you reload the page, you’ll randomly get one of five different images of Peoria. I’ll probably add more in the future.
Let me know what you think of it, and especially if you have any problems with it. You can e-mail me by clicking here.
I REALLY like this new layout! It is much easier to read.
I like it, too. I’m trying to adjust to the new widescreen monitor I received for Christmas, so this is just one more change to which I am adjusting.
Very “snazzy!” Happy New Year to you all 🙂
I like it, especially the comments on the side.
I use a 1024 x 768 monitor at work and this theme scrolls horizontally which is kind of bothersome. It’s caused by the Posts | Comments | Search in the header bumping out. If you crop the width of your Chronicle image by about 200px (the white space on the right), then everything should fit smoothly.
Otherwise I like it. But I read the site via google reader for the most part anyway.
Erin — Thank you for the feedback. I took your advice and cropped the masthead image; hope that fixes the problem for you!
You do an outstanding job! I like the updates.
Much better, thanks =)
