I’ll be on the 5:00 news on WHOI tonight talking about this post. The reporters there have been doing some follow-up, including efforts to interview District 150 representatives, so it should be an interesting segment.

Where is the acerbic and constant skewering of Ms. Hopkins for not allowing comments? Hmmmmm?
CJ- Nice piece tonight. Should the citizens and business owners of Peoria continue to pay for the mistakes of the District? How can it hurt 150 to improve the tax base in the warehouse district by supporting the TIF. To accuse the people in the warehouse district of taking from the schoolkids of Peoria is quite laughable. What of the money wasted on those properties on Prospect? I do not blame the members of the board- after all, they take their advice from counsel. So, who is really the problem here?
Good job tonight. I’m waiting for the “Peoria Chronical” real news cable show. 🙂
A vocational school! This could quite possibly be their dumbest move yet. I think HOI should ask the district for a tour of their future vocational school.
