Cathartic?
Yeah. “Providing psychological relief through the open expression of strong emotions; causing catharsis.” (Oxford American Dictionary) Didn’t you feel a little relief after writing it?
Cathartic: An agent for purging the bowels, especially a laxative.
Catharsis: A release of emotional tension, as after an overwhelming experience, that restores or refreshes the spirit.
You had me scared for a minute there 😉
