The Cardinals defeated the Colorado Rockies tonight, 6-3. It is now a mathematical certainty that the Cardinals will end the season in first place and head into the postseason. Break out the champagne!! The National League Division Series begins October 7.
To all the Cub fans “Wait till next year”. Hard telling how far they would have gone if Milton Bradley had been suspended in June instead of September.
