Local resident General Parker traveled to Ohio to take part in a protest demonstration against JP Morgan Chase Bank in Columbus, Ohio:
“Being the number one perpetrator of home foreclosures in this country, especially after our tax dollars bailed them out. They should show some lienency and since they went through a meltdown, they should understand us going through the meltdown,” said General Parker, who traveled from Peoria, Ill., for the protest.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Heaven’s View Church in Peoria has been leading these rallies all across the country for the last two years, including on Wall Street. This is the first one that Parker ever attended.
Good for Parker. He’s an active activist, unlike most, who are only armchair activists.
I don’t know who that is pretending to be Rev. Tony Pierce but the real Rev. Pierce knows that we have attended these before and this is not my first one. And if it was my first, why would it matter? Some people need to get a life.
Proud of you, C.J.
Well said, General!
It’s all JP Morgan’s fault – not Fannie Mae and such….uh uh…
Is General’s membership in WWP up to date?
vonster… Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are tools of Morgan. You don’t blame tools for the damage caused by the user.
Gee, I thought they were social engineering tools of the left. Who knew?
Vonster: Morgan, national city and asst. Secretary of treasury and other bankers created federal reserve …. same creature from jekyl island … with yet another life … need to get to the root of the problem instead of hacking at the leaves ….
living within your means and having personal responsibility and pay your bills? No, Pres. Obama says the gov’t is supposed to be takin care of me…….
Karrie: There plenty of blame to go around but gubmint encouraged it i.e social engineering.
Poooooor Me. The government allowed me to buy a house I could NOT afford, even giving me the money for the down payment. Within two years my house goes into forclosure and I need someone to BLAME…..it has to be the banking industries fault because they should NEVER have lent me the money in the first place……HELLO, it’s called personal responsibility and MANY people need to get some.
I bought a house that I could afford to pay for. I made a downpayment and pay my taxes and have my home insured. I also continue to maintain the home and land. That, Mr. Parker is responsibility. Quit blaming everyone else because of your own irresponsible lifestyle.
You’re absolutely right, Junior! And the first ones who need to gain responsibility are the banks who had to ask for a big government handout. It works both ways, Junior. They bit off more than they could chew as well.
