Heard on the news today. Holiday Inn is moving to East Peoria.
I see where EP approved building a Holiday Inn, but what do you mean it’s “moving”? Moving from where?
Isn’t the one in downtown Peoria closing? or should we say in the process of closing. Holiday Inn probably wouldn’t yank the sign until the other was built.

I believe the article stated that the City Centre license agreement with Holiday Inn was about up.
City Centre will go the way of Jumers, eventually.
Another couple of years and Peoria will have another block to build another museum on.
