I agree, it was well-written and really put forth the bigger issue – is there commitment to New Urbanism or not? and if so, how do you best implement it.
BTW, you forgot to comment on the looks of the writer – and only on the quality of the writing….another thing setting you apart from the other site.

The definition of pundit is
1. a learned person, expert, or authority.
or
2. a person who makes comments or judgments, esp. in an authoritative manner; critic or commentator.
If you are the anti-pundit doesn’t this mean you are either not an authority or learned person or not someone who makes judgements or criticizes
