My family went to see the Glen Oak Park fireworks last night as usual, and they did not disappoint. We’re all looking forward to Sky Concert tonight on the riverfront. I’d like to wish all my readers a safe and happy Fourth of July!
Thanks for the important reminder of just what July 4th represents. I want to say a special thanks to my big brother, TR62, who just retired from the Marines after 25 years of service. Because of his sacrafice, three tours to Iraq and God knows what else, I have a greater appreciation for “freedom”.
