looks like they have suspects caught in the fourth murder. I hope it is because people are stepping up to the plate in the community and turning these folks in. If so, good for them. I hope that these folks are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I hope that more potential thugs will see that they are going to be ratted out by community members and to go somewhere else.
